Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods, promotions or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship Australia-wide.

While most orders arrive within this timeframe, delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be shipped from different suppliers or warehouses. If you purchase multiple items, they may arrive separately and at different times. You will receive tracking details for each shipment where applicable.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather or peak shipping periods.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Homeslice Decor cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@homeslicedecor.com.au with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the issue. We will work with you to investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
